Disposition versions
3. A document specifying that a body presents a public health hazard provided for in subparagraph 2 of the first paragraph of section 66 of the Funeral Operations Act (chapter A-5.02) must be completed by the person who draws up the attestation of death.
That person must indicate
(1) the nature of the hazard that the body presents to public health; and
(2) the preventive measures to be taken, where applicable.
